Restorative yoga uses supported poses to allow your body and nervous system the space it requires to rest and be held by the earth. This deeply grounding practice lets you experience a yielded space, while turning your awareness towards your breath and more subtle somatic sensations. Slow Flow Class Series
This class series will explore poses progressively from their basic components to more complex forms. These classes combine detailed alignment points with somatic movement principals to locate your attention inside of the physical, emotional and energetic layers of the body. Emphasis on sensitive inquiry, conscientious breath and subtle body awareness will be the ground from which we explore our own embodied nature.
4 Weeks: October 7, 14, 21 & 28

Join me for a Restorative Yoga series that will explore the Elements of Ease, a map for navigating the inner space that I created through my years of experience leading Restorative yoga classes. We’ll explore the same sequence of poses from week to week to build familiarity with prop set-ups to support you with a sense of comfort of ease.
