As a Yoga Teacher, with over a decade of teaching experience, Margo brings a unique blend of mindfulness and movement to her practice, incorporating traditional wisdom of yoga with modern postural forms, fostering a nurturing environment for healing and personal growth. She developed a Restorative Yoga teacher training that is rooted in the biological, psychological, and spiritual factors of relaxation and rest.

Outside of her professional life, Margo is an avid reader, enjoys spending time at the beach, and engages in various forms of movement, all of which contribute to her holistic approach to wellness. Committed to empowering individuals through compassionate, integrative, and client-centered approaches, Margo combines her knowledge and experience to guide and support clients on their journey toward self-awareness and self-discovery.

With an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and background in Somatic Psychotherapy, Margo integrates body-focused therapeutic techniques to support people in achieving greater emotional and physical balance. She currently offers individual and group counseling (in-person and Telehealth) at Heart Stone Counseling in South Portland.
