Take this privilege seriously and sincerely. Be professional. Know your WHY. Understand that there is always something new to discover.

Commit to the long haul: patience, consistency, steadiness.

Break the system, push boundaries, stand up for the voices that are silenced.

Build communities that embrace all bodies and foster a collective flourishing.

Let go of self-righteousness, co-dependency and arrogance.
